Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is shown. We use only storage that is strictly necessary or that you trigger yourself:

  • A flag saved in your browser when you enter the member code for the Value Creation Lab, so it stays unlocked on your device.
  • A sign-in session for our own team when using the private admin area.

You can clear both at any time through your browser settings. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first.

04

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions, including our website hosting and database platform and our email provider. They act as processors under contract and may store data outside the UK, in which case transfers rely on the UK addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We can provide the current list on request.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Where we go on to work together, contract and billing records are kept for six years after the end of the relationship to meet tax and accounting obligations.

06

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email privacy@doja.ai and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
