Everything on this site, including the Value Creation Lab, market figures, day rates, timelines and revenue illustrations, is general research and planning material. It is not business, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a forecast or guarantee of any result. Figures are illustrative starting points to be tested with real buyers and your own advisers. Take your own advice before acting.

No offer and no contract

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship. Work begins only after a fit check and a signed written agreement, and the pricing, scope and any service levels in that agreement take priority over anything shown here.

Confidentiality of enquiries

We treat what you send us as private and use it only to reply and to assess fit. Please do not send trade secrets, personal data about other people, or anything confidential to a third party through the enquiry form. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place first, tell us and we will arrange one.

Intellectual property

The content, design, data sets and research on this site belong to doja or its licensors. You may view and share it for your own business assessment. You may not republish, resell or use it to build a competing product or data set without written permission. Client names and logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access the private admin area or any restricted content.
• Do not share the Value Creation Lab member code outside the people it was given to.
• Do not scrape, bulk download, probe or disrupt the site or its services.
• Do not submit false details or unlawful content through the enquiry form.

Availability and third-party links

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with this site is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
